AFS is a long-time generous supporter of Clear Creek County, its schools, surrounding communities, service agencies, and non-profit organizations that support the needs of County residents. Since 2015, AFS has made charitable donations to organizations in the County valued at more than $237,800. Donations have included monetary as well as material contributions in support of projects such as the Golden Mile Restoration, Charlie’s Place, the Elmgreen playground, the Clear Creek Watershed Foundation, and the Tom Bennhoff Lake Trail in Georgetown. The local investment by AFS in the community helps support daily activities and needs of the surrounding community, which include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • AFS employees serve as Clear Creek High School Robotics Club Mentors
  • AFS has donated 3,000 tons of aggregate for the new artificial turf field at Clear Creek High School valued at $80,000
  • AFS has sponsored the Touch A Truck Educational and Scholarship Fundraising Event
